After spending 16 years in corporate finance, Eileen made the transition to daycare owner in 2025. She brings a passion to servant leadership by ensuring the best for all our Lil Leopards families. Expect to see her on-site regularly at all our locations. With three toddlers attending Lil Leopards since infancy she is proud to lead the team and continue the commitment to excellence Lil Leopards is known for.
